FIVE DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return the product within five (5) days for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. The product must not be used or altered in any way. Please include all original packaging material with your return.  Your refund or new item will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving the returned item. If the product has been damaged, please send images of the damaged product to orders@HatsyT.com and arrangements will be made for a replacement.

 

HOW TO HELP FACILITATE A SPEEDY RETURN

•  Clearly state the reason for the return. 

•  Include any questions you may have about the return.

•  I will respond within 48 hours, and will forward you the return address and other necessary details.
