A day or two before the lunar new year is usually spent with my former neighbour Mr. Li. He's an amazing chef, and we get 

together and cook a special dish for the new year. He actually does most of the cooking and I just watch. He's travelling

this year but he left me a recipe before he left, so I'll be cooking that today. Wish me luck !
